♿ 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

Ramps at both the main and back entrances provide step-free access, with 32-inch-wide doorways. The only threshold is a small 2-inch step at the door to the outdoor room.



📋 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

This home follows local compliance guidelines, which include:

• Signed rental agreement (at least 24 hours before arrival)

• $1,250 security hold (pending authorization, not a traditional deposit)

As an alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($65 for stays up to 10 nights + $5 per night after 10 nights).



We use a secure, simple platform called Happy Guest (no app download required). It provides easy document signing and a private guest portal with property details and local recommendations to make your stay seamless.



📌 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀

• Maximum 10 overnight guests

• No parties or events

• Pets allowed with prior approval (service animals are always welcome)

• No smoking inside (including vaping)

• Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. This doesn't confine you indoors; it's a gentle reminder to keep voices respectful of our neighbors.

• Please lock all doors at checkout

• No illegal drugs or substances on the property

• No fireworks or firearms on the property

• No glitter, confetti, or decorations of any kind. Decorations and adhesives damage our walls and woodwork, so please do not put any up.



🙏 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀

• Please share the full names of all adult guests and license plate numbers for all vehicles before check-in.

• Please attend recreational fires at all times.

• Please moor all watercraft at the dock and launch your own boats only from the DNR public access point.

• Please return yard games and water toys to their designated area.

• Please clean up after your pets right away.

• Please don't unplug or cover the Wi-Fi lock, router, or exterior cameras.



ℹ️ 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄

• Check-in: 4:00 pm (the smart lock activates at check-in time)

• Check-out: 10:00 am

• Exterior Ring cameras are located at the home's exterior entrances. They monitor outdoor areas only.

• Trash: Outdoor bins are available for bagged trash. You may see the bins at the roadside on collection day.

• Kayaks and water toys are out from Memorial Day to Labor Day, depending on weather.

• Wildlife: Black bears, deer, wolves, turtles, frogs, and many birds visit the property, as do neighbors' off-leash pets. Please observe wildlife from a distance.
