*** Loly House ***– Base Camp for Swiss Alpine Passes and Mountains**

A whole house to yourselves at 1,140 m, in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

**Loly House Deluxe** is not an apartment in a block: it is a detached house spread over two floors, with its own private entrance and no shared walls. 75 m², accommodating up to 5 guests, with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a private granite terrace that enjoys the afternoon sun.

We are in **Airolo**, in the upper Leventina Valley, at the foot of the Gotthard. Hundreds of kilometres of alpine trails and mountain roads start right outside the door: the perfect base for those who come here to explore, stay active and enjoy the mountains, not just to sleep.

### For those arriving by bike

There is a **secure, locked storage room** for bikes, skis and outdoor equipment: no wheels in the living room, no boots in the hallway.

Road cyclists have the great Alpine passes within reach for a day ride — **Gotthard, Nufenen and Lukmanier**. If you prefer gravel or mountain biking, you will find trails and singletracks climbing directly from the valley.

After your ride, the terrace and a hot shower are just a few steps from the storage room.

### For those arriving with skis

In winter, the **Airolo ski lifts** are just a few minutes away. The valley is also one of the most convenient bases in Ticino for **ski touring**: head out early, come home afterwards, and let your equipment dry safely under cover.

The **Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) station** is close by, so you can also reach us easily **without a car**.

### For families

Two floors and two bathrooms make all the difference when travelling as a group of five. The children have plenty of space, while the adults can enjoy the private terrace.

There is **free parking** directly in front of the house, with an **electric vehicle charging point**, and **free Wi-Fi throughout the house**.
