Well position in town. Quite. due to weather didnt utilise the pool or tennis court but it looked inviting.

Good set up with enough cutlery, crockery etc for capacity. Comfortable seating areas and enough storage. Access to Villa 5 via ramp was dangerously close to access road (less than 30cm) and around blind corner. Would not stay here again w young kids under 8 as they just don't have the sense to stop and look each time. Ramp was slippery when wet and I fell heavily one night. For this reason would also advise against staying in villa 5 if older- or use stair access only.

Cabin 9 was superb - spacious, clean, cosy. Comes with a bathtub. Heater was strong enough to make the place comfortable. However staff were not responsive and couldn’t be contacted via text.

Quiet & grounds, garden & pool very nice, Alas the studio wasn’t as clean I expected, & the bed was made up poorly, clean linen but not made well at all, which wasn’t very inviting. Also I had no reply to 2 requests for a possible later checkout.

Nice private retreat, walking distance to the beach and the brewery. Property has great amenities - pool, spa, bbq and tennis court. Room was clean and comfortable with nice size bath and shower. Room was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable.

This is a great place to stay in Aireys Inlet. Secluded & quiet. We enjoyed the warmth of the log fire heater during the cool Autumn night. Only a short walk to the Aireys Inlet lighthouse, and a short drive to the pub for dinner. Excellent and safe for families with the tennis court, swimming pool and open space. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again. You will not be disappointed!
