You will have access to the entire apartment, including the three bedrooms, the dining/living room, the TV lounge, the fully equipped kitchen, the sunroom, the two bathrooms, the two separate half-bathrooms, and the office. Outside, enjoy the wooded park and its amenities.

To explore the surrounding area, bicycles are available for free at City Hall on weekdays. This neighborhood offers an ideal setting for vacations with family or friends, or for remote work.

Parking is easy on-site. You’ll find parking spaces on the property. You will find parking spaces on the property, right outside the house, free of charge.

Other Things to Note:
You have access to the entire ground floor of the house, the first floor, and the staircase leading to the tower. The grounds are also at your disposal, along with all the amenities they offer. The old gate enclosing the property can be locked if necessary.
The staircase in the unit, leading from the ground floor to the first floor, is shared with the Tower Apartment, located on the top floor. A lockable door separates the upper part of the duplex from the staircase.
