Fully Furnished with everything you will need from the Kitchen to the Laundry Room and Bath.
The patio has a table, chairs, and market umbrella.
No trips to the laundry mat. Our large laundry closet has shelves for storage and includes a washer and dryer. All linens, towels, wash clothes and sheets are white, crisp, clean, and well-stocked.
Full bath has a tub with shower and the bedroom has a beautiful heirloom iron bed with comfy bedding and two large closets for clothes and storage, ironing board, and vacuum.
Flat 131 also has assigned two car parking almost at your door.
Westwinds has 7 flats and we have accommodated doctors, nurses, engineers, and well-known equestrian trainers as well as folks relocating to Aiken needing a short or long-term stay.
Have a companion dog? We are woof friendly and welcome furry family members. They will especially enjoy the large open space and many trees (with lots of squirrels).
Our guest loves Westwinds because of the beautiful environment, homey feeling and privacy. You can star gaze at night, enjoy the birds singing, including our resident owl Hootie, as well as the chirping of the evening crickets and cicadae without the constant light and noise usually experienced downtown.
We will soon begin planting our fall garden and our pumpkin patch is already brimming with bright orange pumpkins.
Several of our guests ride bikes and jog and gather around our fire pit in the fall to enjoy coffee, wine, hot cocoa, and each other's company.
We are only 6.5 miles from Aiken regional hospital and 3 miles from downtown Aiken, 25 miles from Augusta, Georgia, 2 ½ hours from charleston, sc, and 3 hours from Asheville, NC, and the great smoky mountains.
Rent includes electricity, high-speed internet, internet tv, water & garbage pickup and we are move-in ready.
We love both short and long-term stays and rent month-to-month.
