I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding the condition of the rooms I was assigned. While I appreciate the staff's willingness to accommodate us during our stay, I was disappointed by a series of issues that required us to change rooms multiple times.
The first room had a strong smell of mold, which made it uninhabitable.
The second room had a visibly dirty pillowcase thrown on the bed, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.
We ended up staying in the third room, but even there we noticed stickers stuck to the window ledge, which gave the impression the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned or checked.
These issues impacted the quality of our stay and were not what we expected from a property of your reputation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving room inspections and overall cleanliness standards to prevent this from happening to future guests.
