Before validating your reservation, please read the following practices so that you can enjoy the rental in the best conditions:

🗓️ The inventory of fixtures will be done in our presence by appointment (For your arrival, we ask you to contact us 48 hours in advance). In case of late arrival, we provide you with independent access via a key box. The inventory of fixtures will be done before 11 a.m. by appointment as well. Early departures will also be carried out via the key box.

🧹 Cleaning will be carried out at the end of the stay by a professional team. We will also leave the equipment and cleaning products at your disposal in the accommodation for your daily use. Note, however, that the property must be returned in a clean state and tidied up as on your arrival (dishes done, place put away and household waste removed).

👱 The maximum capacity is 4 people (including children/babies). The number of occupants must correspond to what is indicated on your booking confirmation. Minors are not allowed to stay without the presence of their parents. Out of respect for the neighbourhood, no noise pollution is tolerated.

💲A deposit of €150 will be required on arrival but will not be cashed.

🐾 Our animal friends are not allowed

🚭 It is forbidden to smoke/vape inside the accommodation but tolerated outside while respecting the place as you found it on arrival

In case of a delayed arrival we will make the keys available via a key safe. The inspection of the property upon your departure will be made before 11 am also by appointment. Early departures can equally be made using the key safe. - Cleaning at the end of your stay will be made by a professional team. We will also make available to you materials and cleaning products in the property for your daily use. However, please note that the property must be returned to a clean state and left in the same condition as it was upon your arrival (dishes washed furniture in original location and all domestic rubbish disposed of).- The maximum number of guests is 4 people. The number of occupants must correspond with that indicated on your reservation confirmation. Minors are not permitted to stay without their parents being present. - On consideration of the neighbours, no noisy disturbances will be tolerated. - Our animal friends are not permitted- Smoking and vaping is forbidden within the house but is acceptable outside while respecting the area as you found it upon your arrival.
