The Artist’s Farm consists of two independent beachfront properties (Studio-Maisonette) that can be rented separately or together. The two properties can accommodate a max of 6 people!

The Maisonette is perfect for families, couples or well-matched friends who want to enjoy nature in a unique and quiet environment.



The Maisonette is composed of:

GROUND FLOOR:

- Covered outdoor patio furnished with corner sofa and 4 seats dining table all facing the sea. (15 meter squares)

- Open plan living room furnished with a double bed corner sofa, a beautiful and cosy bamboo nest and a 42” smart
TV with complementary Netflix account available. (14 meter squares)

- A newly renovated Full functional kitchen. Equipped with dishes, pots, pans and utensils to cook your own meal. Nespresso Coffee Maker, kettle, refrigerator. Welcome basket (snacks, Greek honey, Ten Nespresso pods, Green tea, Lurpak butter, olive oil from our trees, fresh eggs from our chickens) "if availability allows”. (6 meter squares)

- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. (2,5 meter squares)

FIRST FLOOR:

- Cosy double bed bedroom with amazing view to the sea through a 7 meter square window wall. (12,5 meter squares)

-A beautiful veranda with a lovely pergola on top, furnished with bamboo chairs and big pillows. All this with
uninterrupted sea view. (11 meter squares)

-At the beach in front of the studio, can be found sunloungers and umbrellas.

- 4,000 sq.m shared garden planted with olive trees, lemon trees, hundreds of different plants, a picturesque pond full of fish, colourful peacocks and a biological vegetable garden!

-Shared indoor Barbecue area (oven + washing machine within).

- Free Street Parking.
