It's time for vacation! Settle in the spacious house & let kids enjoy their own kingdom in the attic with a gaming corner. Dive in the crystal waters of the organized beach 200m from the house. Enjoy a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and relax with your coffee in the garden, under mulberries with a fabulous view to the mountains. Plan small daily trips to Kalavrita with the rack railway. Try fresh fish near the house by the sea & dance at the local beachbars. Welcome & enjoy!
The house consists of a living room with available working space and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, and a lovely attic with a sofa bed, a main bathroom and a small wc. Both bedrooms have access to their private little balconies, while there is a BBQ space and a patio. There is also free parking for one car within the premises. There is a small closet in the attic that is not for public use and is locked but there are six spacious drawers under the sofas for the guests.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
First you need to turn off all appliances, kitchen, air conditioning, TV. Close all windows and shutters and lock the door leading to the barbecue.
Then take your vehicle out of the residential complex and return home to leave the keys and remote control on the kitchen table.
Then you leave on foot and exit through the small green door, which you must leave open before leaving the keys and remote control at home.
