LEFKON Villa with pool by the Sea - N.Peloponnese

Airy and bright, this seaside Villa of unique architecture is a destination by itself. Fully renovated, with Cocomat beds, matresses and furniture, it combines elegance and comfort. The fact that it is built right on the seashore and the glass walls, give you the feeling of sailing, day and night.
It has 4 bedrooms (1 master with ensuite bathroom, one with 2 double beds that sleeps 4 and two king size bedrooms), an open plan kitchen with its own access to the garden and a beautiful breakfast area under the lemon tree, two seating areas (one by the fireplace and one with pool and sea view), a dining table for at least 12 guests overlooking the gulf and the mountains. The Villa is developed in two levels and the 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms are located on the upper floor. The wc is on the ground floor where the living area is. Then, at the lower level, there is a seperate private flat of 60 sq.m for 2-3 guests. So if some of you want privacy, you can have your own house into the house, with seperate exit to the pool, the garden and the beach.
The magical secret corner of LEFKON is the glass attic overlooking the whole gulf, with a comfortable sofa to read your book and enjoy the sunset.

With LEFKON Villa as your base and within 5 to 60 minutes, you have access to wonderful beaches and endless places of interest and beauty like Kalogria beach or the seaside scenic towns of the land across the gulf like Nafpaktos, Trizonia & Monastiraki that you can also visit by boat rental, or even the amazing Delfi or Ancient Olympia and its antiquities. For your Winter escapes, you can combine skiing at the Kalavryta ski centre and the view of the wild sea by the fireplace.
Psathopyrgos village is one of the most picturesque villages of Peloponnese due the combination of the sea and the mountains, its clean beaches and its scenic fishing port with taverns and cafes. Idylic location for relaxing holidays and excursions to many places in Central Greece and Peloponnese.

An amazing shipwreck for Scuba Diving Lovers is set in the gulf of Psathopyrgos since WW2. The depth varies from 23 to 40 metres and it is a very famous location to visit if you are an experienced diver!
You can also try Kite surfing, snorkeling, wind surfing and also skiing at Kalavryta ski centre just 30 minutes from the house.
