The "Linde" tiny house is located in the Finca Mejias bird sanctuary.
Between the towns of Águilas and Lorca, in the region of Murcia.
Surrounded by peaceful nature with countless stunning panoramic views around every corner!
Hiking, mountain biking, or simply relaxing and enjoying the tranquility—the choice is yours!
At the finca, you’ll feel far away from it all, yet you’re still just 15 minutes from Águilas, where many beaches, restaurants, and shopping options await you.
The “Linde” house is situated on a hill with a stunning panoramic view of a massive pine tree in front of the pool area (the pool is currently being renovated).
With a living area of approximately 60 m², the property features two bedrooms, a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a washing machine, a sunroom, a terrace with a charcoal grill, and a carport for three vehicles.
Everything is fully equipped.
Electricity is generated by solar power, and the water comes from a cistern.
The road to the property is NOT paved but is in good condition and poses no problem even for small cars.

You can hike for hours through the green rolling hills or explore them by mountain bike.
Are you looking for peace and inspiration, or do you want to read a book, paint, or simply find yourself?

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich, persönlich und aufmerksam.Da Eric dieses Mal selbst nicht vor Ort war, hat sich Pe als Vertretung um uns gekümmert – und das wirklich hervorragend. Er war jederzeit sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben.Man merkt einfach, dass hier großer Wert auf einen persönlichen Umgang mit den Gästen gelegt wird. Es war überhaupt nicht unpersönlich oder distanziert, sondern sehr herzlich und familiär.Wir können den Aufenthalt wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Eric und ganz besonders an Pe für die tolle Betreuung und die schöne Zeit!
