'Quinta do Jardim XL' is equipped for leisure and work, where you can enjoy a large green space to relax. Located 30 minutes from the A1 motorway and 1 hour from Aveiro, Coimbra and Porto. The Quinta is very close to the South Industrial Zone of Águeda, so it can be an excellent option for those who come to work and prefer to be in a private space. You can stay close to the city center of Águeda, where you can find many activities throughout the year. Aguitágueda in July, for three weeks, where you can savor traditional Portuguese food and enjoy daily concerts. From November 15th to January 11th, you can enjoy the event "Águeda is "Christmas," where you can visit the largest and smallest Santa Clauses, listed in the Guinness Book of Records.
