Di speciale aveva solo la vista mare.Tutto il resto è deludente sia per quanto riguarda la struttura che nonostante qualche restauro appare fatiscente, sia per quanto riguarda la piscina (musica assordante e senza il minimo servizio)il bar, il ristorante e l'animazione, in mano a una banda di ragazzini o pseudo tali, incompetenti e non saprei come altro definirli. Funzionante il servizio navetta per il mare e la manutenzione degli alloggi in mano a persona seria e competente. La vacanza ce la siamo goduta ugualmente ma è chiaro che abbiamo pagato per una serie di servizi di cui non abbiamo goduto. Credo poi che in un posto così isolato la presenza di un addetto alla sicurezza sia essenziale.

Se non era per Santolo sarebbe andata molto peggio

La struttura ha un grandissimo potenziale, ma è mal gestita e poco curata. La reception è aperta solo la mattina e se hai un problema o una domanda non c’e Nessuno ad aiutarti. L’unica nota positiva è il manutentore Santolo, che è il tutto fare del residence ed è l’unico che ama e cura la struttura e i clienti anche oltre le sue mansioni e orari... senza la sua illimitata disponibilità e reperibilità, mi sarei sentito completamente abbandonato visto che non esiste una direzione e ne una proprietà presente...
