Thanks to its raised position, the villa benefits from natural ventilation and a cooler microclimate than the coast. We are just 800 meters from the beach, easily reached with a pleasant walk, and only a short drive from the majestic Valley of the Temples and Villaggio Mosè, where you will find shopping centers and supermarkets.



Welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces



The villa features a large flowered garden, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. The spacious, naturally cool porch is ideal for outdoor dining, even on the hottest summer days. For extra comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning, but you can also enjoy a natural coolness that is quite rare in Sicily.



Comfort and relaxation



Inside the apartment, you will find a comfortable living room with stereo and TV, and a kitchen with dining area. The villa apartment offers two bedrooms: a double room with en-suite bathroom and a kids’ room with bunk bed and single bed, plus a second bathroom. Bella villa, spaziosa e in posizione ideale

Pros: Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa casa. L’alloggio era pulito, confortevole e in una posizione ideale: vicinissimo ai Templi di Agrigento e perfetto anche per raggiungere le spiagge. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’accoglienza di Fabio e la sua grande disponibilità. Ci torneremmo volentieri !
