Had a great stay at amar singh palace it's really closed to The Taj Mahal, and their own restaurant taste was delicious overall value for money.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel was extremely poor and no representation of the photographs that appear on Hotels.com. The staff were not helpful, the facilities were abysmal, cupboards locked so you could not hang clothes, it was not clean. The Wifi was not any use. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel, steer clear of it at all costs.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The main entrance to the hotel was nice and clean but other than that, the room itself was poorly kept in the sense that the bedding was stained, the shower facilities / bathroom was poorly kept, the overall hygiene wasn’t good. Towels were also stained and some had holes in. We had a two night stay and checked out after the first night. The staff however were excellent but sadly there’s not much they can do about the actually cleanliness as it is how it is. Also, the photos ARE NOT of the exact hotel. They appear to be AI generated - albeit quite similar to reality. The dining / breakfast area is not accurately pictured. I will say however, the bed itself was quite comfortable.
