The Anise restaurant is lovely, both in ambience and the food, service was good too. The rooms were comfortable. The buffet service could be better, the staff were bringing wrong orders to the tables, there were delays for multiple tables.

It would have been a perfect stay except for room service. The first time we ordered room service, it took almost an hour. The second one, took more than 2 hours. Though we were not in the room when the food was delivered, obviously it was returned to the kitchen, there should be a follow up. 4 times we called and the answer was it was on its way,

The hotel was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The staff was nice for the most part. They did mess up charging us for beer which was included in our mandatory room upgrade but, they did fix it. Hotel is in a good location in regards to the Taj Mahal, only 10 minutes away! The breakfast and dinner buffet were very good. I would stay here again.
