Large salt water swimming pool (12m) secured by electric shutter.
Pool house with equipped kitchen (sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven...) and large plancha brazier.
Outdoor shower, room with toilet.
Large petanque court, badminton.
Hammock area under the trees.

The house has 2 levels:
First floor: large living room with fireplace, high-end fitted kitchen open to living room and terrace 50m2 with barbecue, shower room, WC, laundry room with washing machine.
1st floor: small living room on large terrace, 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 dormitory bedroom with 4 single beds), baby cots on request, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
For your relaxation, table football, TV, board games...

The house is located in a quiet area, in a pretty village with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, grocery store, tobacco bar, pharmacy, pizzeria...), located 15 minutes from Périgueux and 10 minutes from Brantôme.
SNCF train station in the village (Périgueux-Limoges line).

We live in another house in the same property and own 2 very nice and very quiet Newfoundland dogs, we will be there to welcome you.

Séjour exceptionnel

Notre séjour s’est merveilleusement passé ! Une vaste maison ancienne entièrement rénovée et toujours fraîche ! Une grande piscine longée d’un auvent très bien équipé d’un coin salon, une grande table pour les repas et d’une cuisine entièrement équipée avec gros brasero et bbq pour des soirées inoubliables ! Toute notre famille a bien profité et nous pensons y revenir l’an prochain.

Week-end pluvieux en Dordogne

Le très mauvais temps n'a pas permis d'apprécier la région, ni les extérieurs du gîte (piscine...), dommage. Toutefois Brantôme tout proche vaut le détour et Sarlat aussi mais plus loin. Le gite est spacieux, beaux espaces, etc. Mais les propriétaires ont dû improviser des solutions de remplacement de sanitaires.
