Ein niedliches Haus in guter Lage

Die kleine Villa aus 1921 wurde in 2022 saniert und ist gut ausgestattet. Man kann bequem seine WĂ€sche vor Ort waschen und trocknen/bĂŒgeln. Ganz toll ist die große Dusche mit tollen Sap-Funktionen. Die Zimmer sind gerĂ€umig und gut aufgeteilt. 6 Personen finden durchaus genug Platz, 4 Personen scheint das Optimum zu sein. Im Souterrain befindet sich noch eine kleines, separates Appartment, Das Haus liegt optimal zum Strand (3 min.) und man kann bequem fĂŒr kleine BedĂŒrfnisse kurz zurĂŒck. Chillen kann man schön im gerĂ€umigen Garten auf den passenden Lounge Möbeln. Zum nĂ€chsten Super-U und dem Hauptbereich in Agon-Countainville lĂ€uft man etwa 15 min., d. nĂ€chste BĂ€cker und Wochenmarkt (jeden Donnerstag) liegt etwa 5 Fußminuten entfernt. Der Ort bietet nette Unterhaltung, von Shoppen, Essen, Einkaufen, Pferderrennen, Strand und Reiten/Tennis/Golf ist alles vor Ort. Die Normandie bietet mit Mon St. Michel, Coutance und den D-Day StrĂ€nden eine Menge Historie zum entdecken. - Wir können die Villa 1921 und den Ort Agon-Countainville uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

TrÚs belle maison rénovée avec passion et charme qui offre un confort contemporain sans faille. On y a passé une merveilleuse semaine avec de longues et belles promenades le long de la mer. Un bon point de départ pour découvrir la région.

Villa trÚs bien située entre le passou et coutainville, non loin de la plancha accÚs à la plage facile. EntiÚrement rénovée et decorée avec goût. Literie neuve et trÚs confortable. Villa trÚs bien équipée. Ménage impeccable. Jardin à l'arriÚre agréable, douche extérieure. Stationnement pratique. Excellent séjour sur agon coutainville.

trés bien

Nous avons passé un trés agréable séjour dans cette maison remise au gouts du jour suite à de gros travaux. Confortable, fonctionnelle, et esthétique ce fût un plaisir d'y préparer à manger et de s'y reposer au calme. Bien située pas trop loin du centre du village et des commerce. Juste la route à traverser pour avoir les pieds dans l'eau. Merci pour votre accueil.
