Villa Eden on the Beach

Villa Eden is located just 20 meters from the sea.

The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.
The air conditioners can also be used to heat the rooms if needed.
The garden features several comfortable outdoor living areas, perfect for relaxing moments; there is a covered veranda and a magnificent sun terrace offering a breathtaking view.
The villa is located on the beach, within a private residential park surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
There is a private security system operating 24 hours a day.
Within the neighborhood, there is a mini-market, a restaurant, a pizzeria, and a bar available to residents of the park.
The villa is located 20 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura and 46 km from the port and airport of Olbia.
Some rules:
- The identification documents of all guests staying at the villa must be sent by email one week before arrival at the villa
- It is mandatory to follow the rules for garbage disposal within the district. It is strictly prohibited to leave trash in outdoor areas or at times other than those designated for collection. It is prohibited to leave trash behind when departing the property. Guests who do not comply with these rules will be charged €50.
- It is forbidden to host people other than those listed in the villa reservation; it is possible to extend the reservation to include additional guests only through the Airbnb website.
- At the end of their stay, each guest must return the house keys and the TV remote control. In case of loss, the guest will be required to pay a fee of €100.00 to cover the cost of replacement.
- The tourist tax is 5 euros per day per person (maximum 10 days per person and for guests aged 10 or older); it must be paid in cash upon check-in.
