Casa "Mirto" is an excellent solution for those wishing to spend relaxing holidays surrounded by nature, just a few kilometers from the sea. Located in the municipality of Aglientu, in the La Littighedda complex, the house is only 3 Km from the tourist village of Rena Majore equipped with all the main services (bar-tobacconist, supermarket, first aid, restaurants, pizzerias and the Neulaghe sports center with swimming pool, soccer fields and tennis ect.). At only 3.50 km you can access the large and white beaches, and 10 km from the village of Santa Teresa Gallura.
The 42sqm apartment is a studio with a bedroom separated from the living area and equipped with all comforts. The room consists of equipped kitchen, table, sofa bed for 2 people, TV and air conditioning. The double bedroom, even if small, will allow you more privacy and be comfortable during your stay thanks to the large wardrobe and large bright window. In the bathroom made in "CeraSarda", typical Sardinian ceramic and there is a washing machine. The house offers an outdoor area with a veranda, barbecue and sink in Sardinian granite and outdoor furniture.
