Villa Petritis comprises a main building with a ground and upper floor, as well as an attached separate apartment with its own ground and upper floor. The main building features a cozy living room, an open-plan kitchen, and a shower/WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you'll find three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two twin beds. Each bedroom on this floor has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. The separate area down the stairs includes a kitchenette and two single beds on the ground floor, while the upper floor features a large double bed and a shower/WC.



PLEASE NOTE THAT UP TO 6 PERSONS THE MAIN BUILDING IS FOR USE, AND FOR LARGER GROUPS MORE THAN 6 IS THE VILLA WITH BOTH THE MAIN BUILDING AND THE APARTMENT.
