Important: It is located on the 3rd floor and does NOT have an elevator. From the main road to the apartment door, you must climb 56 steps.

You have access to all interior and exterior private areas of the apartment—excluding any shared/common areas.

For your safety, the apartment is equipped not only with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detector, but also a safe for your valuables.

Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas.
