I had an unfortunate mishap while booking. While every single reservation i made through Expedia was marked and billed at 3 travelers, somehow this booking defaulted to 2 and I did not catch the error until night of check in. Why would i when i had input 3. While this is not the fault of the property, they were not willing to help ease this unexpected additional $225 ( for a 2 night stay) even though room could accommodate 3 people. I DO fault the property for interrupting my dinner with my family while they were in the know of issue and it was in process of being fixed. I also received not 1 but 3 messages during my very short stay continuing interrupting my family vacation time i never get to have. The 2 messages were referencing needing the additional payment (after i already dropped aporoximate 900 for 2 nights!) They did receive the first of 2 additional payments at this point totaling about $1025. Interrupting the short stay for additional $125 causing great embarassmemt to me with my 2 sons as they didn't understand details and assumed mom was in financial issues which made them feel guilty for coming to this "luxury resort" we chose to splurge on for first time in their lives (20 years!) They felt bad which made me feel bad. I already was stressing at this surprose cost, so adding emotional strsin only made it worse. The 3rd message was because i refused housekeeping services. I did not see need for only staying a 2nd day. I was directed to go to front desk for that!

Personal sollte mehr lächeln unten im essen Bereich ! Alle Kunden sollten gleich behandelt werden ! Personal beim Essen viel zu langsam ! Nach Anmerkung auf unser dreckiges Zimmer wurde nichts sauber gemacht außer das die Ameisen weggemacht wurden. Die Haare die davor im Zimmer waren wurde in diesen 5 Tagen nicht weggemacht

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Anlage Die Anlage ist wirklich schön, mit mehreren Pools und gepflegtem Ambiente. Unser Swim-Up-Zimmer (geteilter Pool) mit Meerblick war super, ab ca. 14/15 Uhr hat man dann Sonne auf den Liegen. Das Essen war insgesamt sehr lecker: Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, abends wöchentlich wechselndes Buffet (wir hatten Halbpension). Zusätzlich kann man einmal pro Aufenthalt in jedes À-la-carte-Restaurant – hier lohnt es sich, gleich bei Ankunft zu reservieren. Bella Trattoria (Italiener) und Umika (Asiate) haben uns sehr gut gefallen, beim Veggera Cretan (Grieche) entsprach das Angebot leider nicht so ganz unseren Erwartungen, wenn wir an griechisches Essen denken. Das Personal war durchweg super freundlich und aufmerksam – von der Reinigungskraft bis zum Service im Restaurant und an der Rezeption. Insgesamt hatten wir schöne 9 Tage. Rund um das Hotel gibt es einige Restaurants und Läden zum Bummeln, Sissi selbst ist aber eher klein. Ein Mietwagen lohnt sich, wenn man mehr von der Insel und Umgebung sehen möchte. Einziger Minuspunkt: Es gibt keinen hoteleigenen Strand, und der nächste Strand ist klein und steinig (2 Liegen + Schirm ca. 10 €, Essen und Getränke sollte man besser mitbringen).

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Rund um war alles sehr schön. Leider war das Personal, besonders das Reinigungspersonal oft sehr unfreundlich. Das hat den Gesamteindruck leider etwas schlechter gemacht. Schade eigentlich, da das Essen, die Getränke und das gesamte Ambiente auf einem sehr hohen Niveau waren.

Très bel hôtel, récent, assez calme, comme un petit village, on ne sent pas la foule comme un hôtel classique, plusieurs piscines, personnel très gentils, buffet varié, Chambre agréable, mais armoire pas optimisée, Il n’y a pas d’animation le soir, manque de jolie plage. Sinon c’était parfait.

Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, jedoch hätte die Essensauswahl vielfältiger und abwechslungsreicher sein können, zudem war das Essen teilweise leider kalt. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist hervorragend und die Betten sind sehr bequem, lediglich zwei separate Bettdecken hätte ich mir gewünscht.

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Hotel und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist ruhig, sauber und perfekt für Paare, die Erholung suchen. Das Personal war freundlich, die Atmosphäre angenehm – ideal zum Abschalten. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Auswahl beim Essen war recht einseitig, mit einem sehr hohen Anteil an Schweinefleisch. Für Gäste, die aus religiösen oder persönlichen Gründen darauf verzichten, wäre mehr Vielfalt wünschenswert. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!

WLAN Verfügbarkeit und Geschwindigkeit sehr gutes Buffet morgens und abends Tee, Kaffeemaschine und -Kapseln im Zimmer Klimaanlage plus großer Deckenventilator im Zimmer Pool vor der Terassentür des Zimmers sehr entspannt abends gratis Wasserflasche jeden Tag -/- nur mit Mietwagen sinnvoll -/- kein zugehöriger Strand, zu dem man gerne gehen will -/- große Unterschiede bei der Lage und Lautstärke der Zimmer - für LGTBQIA aus meiner Sicht nicht empfehlenswert: am Empfang wurden wir (2 Männer) spürbar weniger herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet, als die (Frau Mann) Paare vor bzw. nach uns - Pooltechnik (?) rauschte in unserem Zimmer durchgehend sehr laut nachts, nur mit Ohr-o-pax war schlafen möglich
