We welcome you to Agde, to the Parc des 7 Fonts campsite in a 30m² mobile home that can accommodate up to 6 people for a great holiday or a simple stay. You will stay at the 3* Marvilla Parks / Tohapi campsite in the Parc des 7 Fonts including: 3 swimming pools; Very wooded park and very appreciable during hot weather, quiet and family-friendly; Children's club for the entertainment of the little ones and the rest of the adults 😉; Entertainment in July and August; Playground; Laundry (paid service); Boulodrome, ping pong table. Possibility of renting bicycles for walks along the Canal du Midi right next door; In high season: bar, snack bar, bread depot, shuttle 500m away for an afternoon at the beach; Paid Wi-Fi access; Reception open every day; Access by bracelet
The mobile home, "Le Manosély", consists of: - 3 Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 80x190 each and a master bedroom with 1 bed of 140 x 190, pillows and blankets + storage, - a fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner gas hob + microwave + fridge with small freezer + kettle + coffee maker. We have added a Senseo coffee maker and an oil-free fryer. - a lounge area with reversible air conditioning with corner bench, a coffee table, a table and 4 chairs, - a separate toilet, - a bathroom with sink and shower, - a beautiful semi-covered terrace with garden table + 6 chairs, - and a private parking space in front of the mobile home. *As charcoal barbecues are not allowed on the campsite, we provide you with an electric plancha. *In order not to overburden yourself during your trip (and as we too, we have children and know how convenient it is ;)), we provide you with beach games, various small board games and a beach umbrella. Sheets and towels are not provided but it is possible to request a rental at the campsite reception. Our 4-legged friends are accepted but under certain conditions. You will stay in a place close to all amenities and tourist and sports visits: shopping area very close, fine sandy beaches in Marseillan Plage (3km) and Cap d'Agde, leisure areas and parks, historic center of Agde, museum, sea trips, golf..., bars, restaurants and discotheque.. and visit of Sète, Grau d'Adge...
End of stay cleaning option at €80.00 (at the time of booking) In high season, weekly rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the mobile home. 2 deposits per cheque (€500 for the rental and €90 for cleaning) will be requested at the time of booking and will be fully refunded if no breakage or damage has been observed (inventory and inventories made) and if the cleaning is satisfactory for the reception of new tenants. We ask our holidaymakers to respect the premises and to return their rental clean and tidy. We will ask you to pay 30% of the deposit at the time of booking and the rest of the balance must be paid no more than 1 month before the date of arrival. (holiday vouchers not accepted). It is possible to cancel your stay maximum 30 days before your arrival. The tourist tax will be paid at the campsite reception. We are not on site, but in case of problems, you can contact a trusted person who can intervene in the mobile home during the day.
