Appartement fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Petit bémol sur la capacité : il y a bien 6 couchages (en comptant le canapé lit), mais la table est juste suffisante pour 4 personnes. L'exposition au Sud rend l'appart très chaud en été : nous avons du fermer le store toute la journee et utiliser la clim.Enfin, le propriétaire nous a facturé en plus le double du tarif du menage pour quelques tâches que nous aurions laissées sur un meuble et sur le tissu qui recouvre le canapé. Nous avons trouvé ce tarif très excessif (alors que nous avions déjà payé le ménage de départ) ! Pour ces raisons, ne reviendrons pas; c'est dommage.

Schöner Urlaub

Meine Schwester und ich haben es sehr bei Ihnen genossen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten uns bei Fragen immer an die zuständige Person wenden. Alles ist zu Fuß von der Unterkunft aus in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Es gab leider kein Wifi. Da es für uns selbstverständlich war, haben wir auch nicht im Vorhinein nachgefragt, ob es dieses gibt. Im Endeffekt war es dann aber nicht so schlimm für uns. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war auch völlig in Ordnung, nur an ein paar einzelnen Stellen ist mir ein wenig Dreck aufgefallen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Danke :)

Logement refait à neuf et très agréable à vivre, le séjour est grand ce qui permet de passer de bon moments entre amis. De plus, l'emplacement est proche de l'île aux Loisirs ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande !

Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence agréable, logement propre et très fonctionnel, cependant la literie est peu confortable. Piscine agréable dans la résidence, près de la mer, du port et de tous commerces. Attention, si vous êtes sensible au bruit, rue très passante jour et nuit. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour et nous y retournerons sûrement.

Appartement lumineux et confortable. Grande terrasse appréciable qui permet de manger et de prendre le soleil. Seul petit bémol, il y a beaucoup de passage jusque tard dans la nuit. La résidence est sympa et la piscine aussi. Le gros avantage, c'est que la voiture peut rester pendant tout le séjour sur la place de parking car il y a toutes les commodités, la plage à proximité. Le port, les restaurants, glaciers sont eux accessibles à pied à environ 15-20 min en marchant tranquillement. Point positif aussi, tout est clair et carré avec le propriétaire. Pas de mauvaise surprise ☺. On a vraiment passé un très bon séjour avec nos 2 enfants.

très bon séjour au Cap d Agde

Pour un premier séjour au Cap d Agde nous avons apprécié nos vacances dans un appartement bien agencé et confortable avec une terrasse bien appréciable ou nous avons pu manger tous les jours.La voiture a pu rester sur le parking car tout a pu se faire à pied:plage port foire Aqualand juste en face.L appartement est à recommander de part ses équipements et sa localisation.A Souligner l état de propreté de l appartement et l accueil sympathique du responsable lors de la remise des clés.Merci également au propriétaire qui a pris la peine de nous appeler le lendemain de notre arrivée pour savoir si tout se passait bien.

appartement propre mais situé dans un lieu bruyant

l'appartement était propre, la résidence est bien entretretenue, le descriptif de la location est bien explicite, la proximité des commerces et des plages est appréciable, nous avons bien profité de la piscine une chose nous a gêné : l'appartement donnant sur l'aqualand on entend énormément les cris des gens dans les tobogans de 10h à 19h de ce fait je déconseille cette location à des familles avec enfants
