Located 200 m from the beach, the "Les Cormorans" residence is 700 m from the resort center (via the footbridge) and 150 m from Rue de la Flânerie. This residence is close to the picturesque Grande Conque Beach and Môle Beach. This vacation apartment, located on the first floor, is perfect for a couple with one or two children. It includes a living room with a pull-out bed (2 people, 140x190 cm) with a sofa and television, a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds (90 cm), an open-plan kitchen area equipped with an electric coffee maker, microwave, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

There is no private parking space for this apartment, but there is a small parking lot across the street and a large public parking lot 250 meters away.

TV (French channels only).

Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are available for guests, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi.

Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary. Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.

Baby crib rental: €13 per week.

Departure cleaning is at your expense.
If you wish to opt for a cleaning option, it costs €75.

For any booking of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, you will receive a complimentary 2-hour boat trip on the agency's catamaran.
