Apartment renovated in June 2021; all bedding is new.One 160-bed and two 90-beds. The bathroom was completely remodeled in March 2022. Separate toilet.
Private, numbered, and secure parking inside the residence.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, flat-screen TV with Orange channels, and Wi-Fi/fiber internet.
