Your 25 m² flat in Cap D'Agde sleeps 4 and comprises :

- Charming living room with sofa bed (1x2 pers, 140x200) and television;
- Large balcony with garden view;
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils);
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200);
- Bathroom with bath, towel rail and separate WC;
- Board games are available;
- The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, clothes line, duvets and pillows;
- Free private outdoor car park (no. 7).
- Residence swimming pool

The GREEN VILLAGE residence is ideally located:
- 900 metres from sandy beaches;
- 900 metres from shops and restaurants
- 900 metres from the supermarket;
- 1.5 km from the port.

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €70
- Bed linen pack: 16€ / bed
- Towel pack: 12€ / person

A deposit of 500€ is required on arrival.
Nb: Maestro and American Express cards, cheques and cash are not accepted.
