"Sunny Getaway: Chalet with Pool & Sea View – Cap d'Agde"

Come relax and recharge under the sun, in the peaceful setting of a pine forest located on the heights of Cap d'Agde.
We offer you a 35m² chalet for 4 to 6 people with a 16m² terrace featuring a partial sea view. Enjoy a heated swimming pool from April to October.

To ensure you can fully enjoy your vacation in complete serenity, the chalet is equipped for your comfort:
In the kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, cooktop, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
In the living room: TV, 3-seater convertible sofa, adjustable coffee table, Wi-Fi, and reversible air conditioning.
In the bedrooms: beds with new and comfortable mattresses, and closets.
In the bathroom: shower, sink, storage, and washing machine.
On the terrace: table, bench, and barbecue.
The chalet has windows with mosquito screens and roller shutters.

There is a cycling path from the residence leading to the beach (3 km) and shops (2 km).

At the entrance of the residence, you will find a free private parking area to ensure everyone's safety and peace. (Access to the chalet is pedestrian only, except for unloading your luggage and groceries).
There is no entertainment in the residence, but you will find a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and a small soccer area for children.
Nearby, there is an amusement park and the harbor about 2 km away.

We kindly ask you to leave the chalet clean, including the fridge and barbecue, and to empty the trash.
If you wish, a cleaning service is available for an additional fee — please let us know at the time of booking.
