You can reach the port on foot via pedestrian shopping streets.



Parking is available at the foot of the building in a secure communal lot. The apartment is a functional T2 of 26 m² with an 8 m² terrace, close to La Roquille beach and shops. Guests appreciate its view and location; many vacationers return after staying here. It includes a storage room under the stairs, communal parking, and the residence is secure. Accessibility is excellent, with many walking paths for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.



The apartment is on the second and top floor of a block with three units. There are three beds. Guests have access to the entire apartment, terrace, and storage room. The bathroom (with a window) features a small tub. The communal parking is secure around the entire residence.
