Beachfront villa, 10-minute walk to the beach and shops

Villa of 140 m2 with a spacious living room area and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction etc.). It has 3 bedrooms: 2 upstairs and one on the first floor. Each has a large storage cupboard. It also has 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other with shower as well as 2 separate toilets. Ideally located in a quiet private cul-de-sac, it is a 5-minute walk from the shops and the square of this small fishing village and a 10-minute walk from the beach. It has an outdoor terrace with table/chairs and a small barbecue and a green corner. The house has wifi, access to the canal+/canalsat subscription. The house is located 10 minutes by car from Cap D'agde and its many activities, 20 minutes from Sete and 20 minutes from Beziers and the hinterland. Air conditioning is possible in the living room and optional as well as sheets and towels if you wish. Otherwise air conditioning and sheets and towels will not be provided. This is my main house. A room on the first floor and upstairs are closed in order to store the majority of my personal belongings. A family of turtles lives freely in the garden, do not hesitate to leave them your peelings or salad available 😃
