Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 1.44 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
