A 40 m² apartment in a tree-lined, very pleasant residence located on the edge of Richelieu Beach in Cap d'Agde. Pedestrian access to the beach. In July and August, stays must be from Saturday to Saturday. The apartment is ONLY suitable for families, including those with children. Sheets and towels are not provided. You are responsible for cleaning the apartment. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Dominique, qui est un hôte charmant. L’appartement est bien situé, juste à côté de la plage et des commerces, la piscine est très agréable, le logement était propre et calme. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

L'appartement est propre, agréable et bien situé à 2min de la plage à pieds. Petit bémol, exposé plein soleil l'après-midi et sans climatisation, la température monte très vite dans l'appartement. pas de connexion Wi-Fi et le réseau data Bouygues ne passe pas.
