GC0369 Holiday cottage with private pool in El Risco

Holiday home located in the charming little town of El Risco, located halfway between the towns of Agaete and La Aldea, in a privileged location to enjoy a good holiday.



The house, which has air conditioning, heating and a washing machine, is made up of three separate buildings. On the one hand we have a building in which there is a living room with a television and free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. And about 30 metres away are the bedrooms in two other buildings. In one there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and next to it, communicated from the outside, is the other building with a bedroom with a double bed. Next to this second bedroom there is another bathroom with a shower that connects to the outside. A cot is available on request at no additional charge.



Between the two parts of the house, outside, there is a large private pool and a large garden area, with a barbecue area. There is parking next to the house.



As the bedrooms are separated, when the house is rented for 2 adults or 2 adults and a child, only the master bedroom with a bathroom will be available. In reservations of 3 or 4 people, all the bedrooms will be available.
