Very pleasant place

Pros: clean, excellent location (2 minute walk to the beach), pleasant apartment (recently refurbished), shop and restaurant at the bottom of the building, friendly staff, nice swimming pool (enclosed, sun beds), balcony with a sea view. Cons: lack of privacy for the bedroom (no door and the bedroom is separated from the living room only by a curtain, fine for a couple without kids though), wifi access is not constant depending on where we are in the building, noisy at times, especially with the doors shutting down automatically and therefore slamming), no noise cancelling floors… Despite these cons, I would highly recommend this place as great value for money and pros outweigh cons. I would definitely go back there.

My husband and I reserved this accommodation without any preconceived notions. We were quite pleased with our experience. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room itself was straightforward, comfortable, and clean, and it was conveniently located just a 5 minute walk, or even less, from the beach. There was no competition for sunbeds, as the pool door was only opened at 10 AM, which was a positive aspect. The swimming pool was adequate, though the water was quite cold. Regarding the pillows, they were a bit firm, but manageable. The duvet was somewhat small for a king-sized bed, but fortunately, an additional wool blanket was provided. We did not initially opt for the breakfast inclusive package, but we did try it on one occasion. We found that it did not justify the 70 MAD price. It would be more advisable to order delivery through the Glovo app or visit the restaurants along the beachfront.

The hotel was very good value, the room was large and there was a lot of space to relax. The double bed was large and there was plenty of wardrobe space, although could not open one side due to bedside table being in the way. The kitchen area has everything you need to store and make food and drink. The sitting area is comfy, only downside is no smart tv, the tv only had channels in Arabic or French. Good selection for breakfast, try and get down early as it is fresher. Pool area is clean and plenty of sunbeds. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is the noise at night. The apartment block next door has music very loud until 1:30/2am every night, this was so loud it keeps you awake even with the balcony door closed. Otherwise a good value hotel in a great location, 2 minute walk to the beach.

1 petits déjeuners médiocre, terrasse couverte extrêmement sale surtout que c'est la que l'on peut manger (table et chaises). Il n'y a que 3 parasols pour la piscine. Pour finir, a la réception il n'y a personne pour nous informer, ils sont au courant de rien, restaurants ouverts, activités etc.
