The staff is very friendly, the facilities are new and everything is clean. We also enjoyed the pool area. The Spa and the Haman are very nice but the Hamam was cold and they make noise when they are giving you a massage. They need to pay more attention or training. The food is not bad, it has variety but the flavor needs to improve. In general we rested well and we liked it.

Great hotel for a long weekend with the family

We stayed for three nights at the end of December as a family with our 10-month-old baby. The hotel lived up to our expectations: good food, a nice SPA with thermal pools, and great service. The baby enjoyed the 40 cm kids' pool. Turkish cuisine is mostly served, and there are many activities aimed at children, from balloons and face paint to cotton candy at dinner and a mini disco. Some things to keep in mind: The outdoor pool's temperature varied from 38 to 42 degrees depending on the day. 38 was too cold for my husband, and 42 was too hot for me. I'd go again to get some rest and enjoy thermal pools in winter

The Hotel is very beautiful and gives you a feeling of tranquility. The pool area is very nice, I loved the hot springs area. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good and varied. There is a need to improve in the Spa. I used it 2 times and the 2nd time it was in the Hamam the girl cut the skin on my arm from brushing too much and too hard. I had the pain for several days. and while they were giving me the treatment outside they made a lot of noise, even laughing. They definitely need to improve in the Spa area.

Our stay at Wyndham Afyonkarahisar was a disappointment. When we first arrived to the hotel we liked the lobby area and the greeting staffs attitude, they were nice and were eager to help out. The rooms are newly renovated so its nice but how ever our toilet was terrible, there were stains and a big brown spot at the outside of the toilet. After we have called the lobby so they could fix it the cleaning ladies came up and cleaned some of it 🙄 i cant understand how they after complains like this didnt fix it good?! The spa section of the hotel is okey but need maintence it looks old and because of that doesnt feel so fresh. One of the main reasons for why choosed this hotel was the two water slides and we called and asked about them before we did the reservation but on arrival they told us that they were doing some maintenance and that they were being closed, so my 9 year old son was very disappointed about this. The food is by far the biggest issue, I dont know if its because of the budget they are giving the head chef or if the team in the kitchen is bad, but how ever is Wyndham is supposed to have an all inclusive conecpt this is crazy bad amd veeeeerrrrryyyyyy low quality. The staff members are all nice and try their best but they are understaffed specially in the restaurant. At dinner time there is one guy in the bar and you can see that its because they want to raise the waiting time so people wont drink a lot 😂 . I DONT USE ALCOHOL but its disturbing to have to wait s

Hotel is great but very rundown in the rooms The major issue is that I got a corner room and they gave me the 5th (highest) floor corner room, which was 28 degrees on our check in, with heating on, in May with 20 degree outdoor temps. AC not working (just air no chill) and heating on. We opened all windows and still at night it was 26 degrees we couldnt sleep. Called reception, they sent someone up, he says turn on AC (it already is?) and wait 5 hours. This is already 11 pm and were trying to sleep! Against my objections they physically cut the heating to the room. I barely slept, woke up at 4 am from heat. Note that outside is 12 degree and all windows are open and the road sound is inside but still 26 degrees inside!!! The mattresses were also too saggy I had to sleep in the middle of a king size to not roll over to the floor. So my entire family got 5 hours of barely sleep for a $300+ room… A hotel that cant provide temperature controlled desirable sleep environment is not really worth anything imo. The spas and pools were alright but the chlorine smell was taking over the full hotel even 5th floor despite pools being floor -1. Maybe have an automated door to the pools that actually closes? Cherry on the top is a burger that I prepared for my sons dinner only to realize its a freakin soy burger! Maybe write that somewhere? Considering my son has soy allergies :D Also EV charger was not on site had to drop my car and walk 10 minutes back. Would never visit again

Su siselerde her yerde var. Yan otelde 0.5 lik suya para istiyorlar. İckiyi oderim sorun degil ama su insan hakkidir. Yemekler cok iyi, oda cok iyi, calisanlar cok iyi. Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren para odaklı bir otel olmadığını çok net deneyimledik, çalışanlar gerçekten çok ilgili, güleryüzlü ve kibar. Gerek ana öğünler gerekse de atıştırmalıklar çeşit ve tatlarıyla beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Akşam yemeğinde otelin kalabalık olduğunu gözlemlesek de termal olanaklarını çok rahat ve az sayıda insanla kullandık; alternatiflerin bol olması bu anlamda çok işe yarıyor. Temizliğinden yana da hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık oda da ortak alanlar da çok temizdi. Bir daha Afyon’a gelirsek yine burada kalırız, 10/10.

Hafta sonu tatili

Harika bir hafta sonu tatili oldu. Spa ve havuz keyfi mükemmeldi. Hotel yemek anlamında iyi, konum olarak iyi, hizmet olarak çok iyi. Biz tek gece kaldık geç çıkışa izin verdiler otelin tadını çıkardık.
