Stay with us, nestled in the trees, and you're minutes away from Golfing, Boating, Pickle Ball, Casino, Winery, and Fine Dining. Come and enjoy the beautiful lake view from our two story deck, which is steps away from your own day dock. Parking for 4 vehicles, this house is located on a large wake-free cove next to Port Duncan. This is a 3,880 sq ft two story, newly renovated, and perfectly equipped and furnished A-frame house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, and dining areas on both decks. There are 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 adults, with a bunkroom for up to 8 kiddos including 2 twin-over-full bunkbeds and a day bed with trundle bed. The household entertainment includes 3 TVs, pool table, card table with games, books, Wi-Fi, and unlimited swimming!

This is a perfect get away or summer vacation spot. Monkey Island is 2.5 hrs. from OKC, 1.5 hrs. from Tulsa, and 3 hrs. from Kansas City or Wichita. It's only a 20 minute drive to Grove with a Walmart Supercenter or the upcoming amusement park. This house is close to everything Grand Lake has to offer, including Shangri-La's 2 golf courses, pickle ball courts, resort pool, winery, and great restaurants. The house is located within a block of a rental marina and has a day dock at the house.
