The chalet is situated on a small chalet village in Afritz am See, in a beautiful surrounding in southern Carinthia, where mountains, vast forests and crystal clear lakes define the landscape. It is a wonderful destination for lovers of peace, nature and an activity-packed holiday. Directly from the chalet you are at lake Afritzer See, with manicured beach pools, sunbathing areas, jetties and stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

During the winter months, several attractive ski resorts are within easy reach. Bad Kleinkirchheim, about 15 km away, is known for its varied winter sports possibilities with 103 kilometers of slopes and modern facilities, suitable for both families and fanatical skiers. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also easy to reach (approx. 13 km); this sunny area offers some 50-55 kilometers of runs and impressive panoramas over the Alps.

In addition, the region has much more to offer than just nature and winter sports. Nearby Villach is ideal for a day out, with great shops, cosy terraces and a relaxing thermal spa. The surrounding lakes, such as the Ossiacher See and the Millstätter See, also invite you to swim, water sports or relax by the water.
