The house is a listed house from 1788. The house is on two floors with 65 m2 downstairs and 35 m2 on the first floor. It contains two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double room and a small single room, as well as a small cozy living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with shower and steam bath.
The upper floor has a large and spacious room with two beds and the possibility of an extra bed.
The house has a south-facing, enclosed courtyard and an enclosed garden with lawn and terrace with tables and benches.
The house is located on an alley that connects the main street with the town square and a few 100 meters from the harbour and the beach. There is walking distance to the ferry and there is a possibility of free parking at the harbour. On Ærø there are free buses, and you can easily get from Gyden 16 and around the rest of the island. There are two bicycles in the house that can be used. Close by can rentes more bikes.
