Staff came to clean only on day one. We declined and didnt see them again. I had to go to front desk to get toilet paper and towels . Was told hot breakfast but then told guy kept calling in. Lady that works nights is very sweet. Room was clean, price was affordable and the pool was open.

The room is always extremely clean and quiet. The staff is super friendly. Safe, isolated parking lot. I always stay here when in town. Best place for the money.

Check-in was very challenging. We arrived late and there was no one at the desk for 25 minutes. When we did get checked in, we were given keys for a room already occupied. The front desk clerk came running down the hall yelling that we were in the wrong place. We were then escorted to the opposite wing of the building which ended up being on the opposite side from where we were parked. The breakfast however was nice. The place is showing its age.

Electric hair dryer broke & was a fire hazard. (Had to convince front desk to allow us to use another room's dryer so my wife could dry her hair). Dog food kibble left around on floor (unvacuumed carpet), microwave interior was not cleaned, no towels in the room upon check-in (had to go to the desk to request)

Cheap price staff was nice, but had stains on bedding, 2 holes in the ceiling. One of the lights in the jackuzzi was out. There was pubic hair on toilet seat. The key card don’t work but if you move door handle hard enough the door just opens with out turning green. Outside doors don’t lock and easy access for anyone to get in. This hotel needs a upgrade it’s very outdated

I would give the staff 5 stars. Literally the best hotel staff. Incredibly helpful and understanding. With that being said that is kind of where the 5 stars stop. We check in got all the way to our room only to find a tub full of water. So back down to the desk we went and they put us in another room and explained that that side of the building was getting work done on the sprinklers. Then we get our new room and when we walk in the one sprinkler was out of the ceiling and there was insulation on the floor. Back down we went to get a new room. The third room was good but you get what you pay for. Uncomfortable bed and the bathroom wasn’t super clean. I did also see a cockroach on the floor in the lobby. I appreciate the staff but I don’t think I would stay there again.
