reception for this property was some 250m away down an ally way there was no instructions for this and only found it with help from person walking by outside ! VERY limited parking vastly over priced

The location was great, near the Nurburgring, and close to the city center, easy parking by the street. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall a fine place for the price.

Great one night stay

Great place, all you needed for a one night stay after a visit to the Nurburgring. Staff were excellent. Note to anyone else who stays re check in. You have to walk down the road around 150 yards to another hotel to check in and collect your key. The info is on the door of the hotel, easy to find. Free parking right outside the hotel which was good and there's a supermarket 10 yards away.

Best Hotel Experience in Germany

I booked a room at the Wilden Schwein, but when I checked in (a block away at the Blaue Ecke, where the main office is I guess) they gave me a room at the Blaue Ecke. I'm not sure why, but it was more than ok with me. The Blaue Ecke was the nicest hotel stay I had in Germany, and for the price of a room at the Wilden Schwein I could not complain.

Good location in Adenau for visits to the Ring

You have to check in/out at the Blue Ecke Hotel which is a couple of hundred meters further down the road. Room was much smaller than the ones shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and we both slept very well. The room was cleaned every day, including Sunday. We were told breakfast was included when we checked in, so every day we walked to the Blue Ecke for breakfast. You can imagine my surprise when we went to check out they told me it wasn't included, and they wanted 11 Euro per day! My advice would be to get them to print you off some sort of confirmation, if they say breakfast is included.

Det kunne havre været godt. Vi ankommer sent og desværre er der bøvl med værelset. Det gør, at vi først får alt på plads kl. 22. Hotellet var dog gode til at kompensere os for ulejligheden, så ros for det. Og værelset var glimrende. Men det efterlod os dog stadig med en flad fornemmelse.
