The staff were so kind and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It’s so close to the tram line so travel was a breeze. Lovely coffee pod machine and tea in the room.

Hated the info regarding access, as it was off King William Street where there is no parking. Had to park illegally to go in to find out there was a back entrance. The parking avasilability was well away from the hotel with very poor directions of where and how to use it. Wont be coming back
