Very co-operative staff when I needed to extend my stay. Wonderful room for a single person, Arkaba hotel. Foodland, and Bakery ll within walking distance. Lift for those "older" guests like me. Will definitely use this place again.

We always enjoy our time at The Osmond. All the staff are always so lovely. The rooms are nice, modern and well appointed. The bathrooms are gorgeous and bed is very comfortable. Very safe and secure parking too. Always our go to when we stay in Adelaide.

Would be a solid motel but it is on one of the busiest roads in Adelaide, and although the room I stayed in was very affected I’d guess half of the rooms would be noisy too. Less bad on weekends than weekdays, staff were nice, housekeeping is weekly only, excellent supermarket down the road, good coffee out the front of the hotel.
