The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a double-door fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, and all the essentials from mugs to wine glasses. A sleek concrete-look island bench with two bar stools creates the perfect breakfast bar, adjacent to a four-seater dining table.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes and its own wall-mounted TV for lazy mornings or cosy evenings. The ensuite bathroom includes twin vanities, a toilet, walk-in shower, hairdryer, and plenty of bench space. A practical half-bathroom doubles as a laundry space, offering a washing machine, sink, iron, and clothes rack.
Stay comfortable year-round with ducted heating and cooling. Secure undercover parking for one car is provided.
