The first villa centres around easy indoor-outdoor living, where soaring ceilings, two airy lounge spaces and full-length sliding doors spill onto the pool deck. Gather around the island bench for morning coffee, shared meals and evenings that drift easily between the kitchen, dining space and sunlit courtyard.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for self-catered stays with a gas cooktop, oven, stainless steel fridge and island seating for four, while the indoor dining table seats six. Outside, the decked courtyard invites long afternoons by the private fenced pool, with sun loungers and alfresco dining catching the warmth of the afternoon sun.
The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with a corner shower, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and single bunk, ideal for families. The main bathroom features a deep step-up bath beneath a skylight, alongside a separate toilet and vanity area.
The second villa provides a quieter self-contained retreat, with its own living area, dining table for two and kitchenette fitted with an induction cooktop, microwave and bar fridge. The bedroom continues the calm coastal palette with a queen bed, built-in robes and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Across both villas, guests also have access to in-unit laundry, gated parking for one car and free street parking for additional vehicles.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
