Suite Caroline sits elevated on a private hillside where McLaren Vale wine country meets the Southern Ocean. Sea views, designer spaces, and a 9-metre deck made for long lunches and slow mornings.



The Space:

A private bespoke boutique cabin sleeping up to four, with serious attention to detail. The open-plan living flows out through 4-metre sliding doors onto a herringbone deck of locally sourced timber, with panoramic views across the vines and out to sea, one of the most distinctive outlooks in South Australia.

Inside: a full Smeg kitchen, an L-shaped Vitra lounge that seats four comfortably. The master suite bedroom has a handcrafted macrame pendant light and looks out over the farm paddocks. The stargazing Suite with a remote-control skylight, the kind of feature you will use every morning.

The bathroom is worth a mention of its own. Bold pink, red and green geometric tiles from floor to ceiling with trailing ivy in the shower with its own skylight. It photographs well and feels nothing like a standard holiday rental.

Collectable crockery, curated glassware, and a fully set up kitchen, Everything is here. Just bring groceries.

Outside, the deck has a live-edge bar counter, bar stools, outdoor dining table, Fire pit and a BBQ with a pizza stone.



We are set on working farm, you may have sheep for company and definitely some Glorious vines views.

McLaren Vale is at your door: one of South Australia's great wine regions, with acclaimed cellar doors, restaurants, and providores within minutes. Sellicks Beach is a short drive down the hill. Adelaide is 45 minutes north.

The Neighborhood:

Suite Caroline sits on a working farm on the hillside at Sellicks Hill, where McLaren Vale wine country meets the coast. Acclaimed cellar doors, restaurants and providores are within minutes. The heritage town of Willunga is about 10 minutes away for fresh supplies, bakeries and cafes, and Sellicks Beach is a short drive down the hill.



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to get around, and there is free parking on site. McLaren Vale cellar doors and Willunga are a short drive, Sellicks Beach is just down the hill, and Adelaide is about 45 minutes north.



Other Things to Note:

Check-out is by 10am. Before you leave, please:

- Wash, dry and put away any dishes

- Take rubbish and recycling out to the bins

- Leave used towels in a pile

- Lock up as per the instructions in your check-in message
