Wonderful friendly staff and always helpful. Often long wait for the elevator and rooms a bit tired. Breakfast a bit limited and staff overwhelmed at rush hour. Couldn’t find a more convenient location.

I think that the house keeping staff need better training Three teabags for two people in the room not replaced stayed three nights. Shower cap not replaced. And the mug that i used was left dirty for three days

We are both in our 70s there was no valet service to help us with our bags when we arrived. The receptionist was abrupt and unfriendly. It was 1:35pm and we were told our room wasn’t ready,which was fine, but we could upgrade immediately for an extra $30. When we declined and said we would wait in the lounge the short 25 mins the response was somewhat frosty! We have stayed with Stanford hotels previously and never experienced anything like it! It really upset us and the tone of our mini break. Very cross.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good gym and pool. While the hotel could do with a refurbishment, it is good value and good location.
