Dover Cottage is a lovely renovated coastal shack is perfect for your next holiday getaway. The layout features a welcoming front living room, ideal for entertaining or unwinding after a day out and about.

The main bedroom includes a queen bed with views to the bush! The second bedroom features a double/single bunkbed with ample room for multiple guests.

At the heart of the home, you’ll find a functional kitchen equipped with a wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, all overlooking a spacious dining and family room. Cozy up by the wood combustion heater on cooler evenings.

Step outside to your private heated swimming pool and garden area, ideal for relaxing or entertaining family and friends. The home also includes WIFI for your use, along with a washing machine and dryer.

The Aldinga Conservation Park is right across the road, ready for you to explore, Aldinga Beach just a quick stroll away – you will never run out of things to do.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The location is really the standout feature of this property — it’s in a lovely area and made for a great setting during our stay.However, beyond that, the experience was disappointing and didn’t live up to expectations, particularly given the price.The outside of the property was quite messy and gave a poor first impression. Inside, while it appeared neat on the surface and had some nice furniture, it quickly became clear that the building itself is very old and in need of significant upkeep. There are visible signs of wear and deterioration, with what feels like a number of patch-up fixes rather than proper maintenance.There were also issues during our stay that impacted our experience, including problems with the spa bath and a roof leak.While the location is undeniably a highlight, it’s difficult to justify the price in its current condition. With some proper repairs and attention to maintenance, this could be a much better place to stay, but as it stands, it fell short of expectations.
