The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a bit out dated, had remains of mould on the silicone around the bath, which didn’t have a plug. The iron was scorched (black) I asked for another one they happily replaced it with another.

I “upgraded” to a premium room which was an updated room. Apart from a lick of paint & some new furniture, the same bathrooms with black mold spots remained which was disappointing. Overall I feel it could be a little more premium. Staff were very pleasant. Close to everything you want for a stay at Glenelg. Great location.

Excellent location. Our room had beach and marina views. Easy walking distance to Jetty Road. Room could have been cleaned better. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was hit and miss. We had our towels changed every day, which wasn’t necessary. We weren’t always given face cloths but were then given two hand towels. Tea and coffee wasn’t replenished. We were on level 3 and Friday and Saturday nights were a problem with noise until after 12, which coming from the bar beneath us. We were there for seven days.

Staff were lovely. Great ocean view. Great area. However room was dated and seen better times eg paint chips etc, icky marks on carpet. Bathroom was filthy and just with a little wipe with bathmat made quite a difference so clearly no effort put into cleaning. Cleaning was disappointing... dust etc. Was advertised as a premier one bedroom apartment... the word premier shouldn't be used

Nice but rundown.

First time I’ve stayed here. Surprised by how run down it actually is. The bottom of the bathroom doors were starting to rot. The tvs are super small and not smart so no Netflix. The beach view is nice, balcony is nice. We asked for a king but got a queen. They said push to the two singles together, but, that’s still a queen size.

Lovely staff but old and need of upgrade

Great location but rooms are very tired and in desperate need of an upgrade. 2 bedroom apartment only had one bathroom, weirdly located with door handle that was broken. No housekeeping. Mould in bath. Staff were brilliant and very nice
