We weren't provided with the check-in info email as was promised. When we arrived there was no one to attend the front office and no one was picking up the calls either. The voicemail says "To leave a message please call again "..seriously?? I had to message Expedia chat line, which I believe was overseas but the other accommodation they offered me was 20kms away, which we couldn't do at that time of the night. Somehow I found another mobile number, rang and left a message. Luckily they called back. They weren't even sure which room we were supposed to be in. Then they said just go to room 4 and gave us the key code to obtain the room key. The whole check-in process was pathetic. To make it worse the heater in the room wasn't functioning well so we had to sleep in the cold for 2 nights. Will not recommend this accommodation to anyone and suggest Expedia do its own research on properties before listing them on their site. A totally dissatisfied customer 😠

The room was very clean and spacious and our self check in was simple and convenient. Staying on the fairway was pretty special, with visiting magpies in the morning as we sat on the porch with our coffees. We would definitely stay here again.

No office staff I could find as maps directed me to the wrong building. Helpful girl on the phone. No kitchen only a cupboard in the wardrobe. Clean and neat. Beautiful spot with lovely views. Noisy air conditioner. Verandah very noisy hearing people walking at 1am and 5.15am. Glass recycling truck woke me at 5.10 with much breaking glass. Mosquitoes buzzing round my ears in the night. Not sure I would return.

Simple no fuss check in arrangements. Excellent bed and haberdashery. Fridge, T+K, Croc+Cut in a little food prep room was old school and appreciated. Generous coffee offering - a jar, not sachets - bravo ! I save the best for last - there are 4 rooms in a line overlooking the golf course, the lake beyond and a wall of quintessentially Aussie bush - the more you gaze the more you ponder. This is a special place, easy on the eye, eases a busy mind. Stay here, you'll like it.
